Collection Options

  • Local Driver Collections
    If you are London based call us to find out if you are within our local driver collection area. Our drivers cover most London areas and will collect your impressions and deliver your completed cases.
  • Post
    If you are outside London area, we will supply you with our free post labels. These are tracked, so please note the tracking number of the label you use each time. Please attach these to the package and drop it off at your local post office.
  • Courier
    Where Royal Mail post is unreliable in your area, we may be able to offer you a courier service with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Please call us to discuss this option.

Local and Royal Mail Collection Request

  • For local: please request collection before 3pm and the lab work will be picked up that same evening.
  • For Royal Mail: please request a collection before 3pm and the lab work will be picked up the following day.

Turnaround Times

For all lab work sent to MediMatch you should allow a two-week turnaround. This time can vary depending on the case, early denture stages are likely to be back faster, most lab work has the option to be fast tracked with an additional charge of £5 per unit and on a pre book basis (please call us to book before sending the case).

Our experienced team takes care of installing the chosen collection box in your desired location, ensuring it’s placed for optimal accessibility and convenience. We provide you with the necessary keys for easy access to the box, giving you complete control over the collection process.

Timely Collections

Collections are conducted every evening after 6 PM, providing you with ample time throughout the day to fill up the box with your impressions and materials. This ensures that your submissions are picked up promptly and transported to our lab for processing.

These images will help our team familiarize themselves with the space and determine the most suitable placement for the box.

Step 4: Site Visit and Installation

Once we’ve received the images and necessary details, our team will schedule a visit to your location to install the collection box.
Our experienced technicians will ensure that the box is securely installed in the designated area, taking into account any specific instructions or preferences you’ve provided.

Step 5: Commence Sending Work

With the box successfully installed, you can now begin using our collection service to send your impressions and materials to our lab.
Simply place your items in the box and book the collection by calling us, and our team will take care of the rest.
