Digital Impression

1.

If you do not already have account with us please download and fill in the New Customer Form below and enclose it with your first case.

2.

Scan your patient and send your digital impressions through your scanner portal or email STL files to scan@medimatch.co.uk.

For large files please send through WeTransfer.

3.

Check your scan has been approved via your scanner’s portal or call our digital department on:
020 3875 8530 (Option 2).

Analogue Impression

If you do not already have account with us please download and fill in the New Customer Form below and enclose it with your first case.

2.

Download and fill in the lab prescription form below for your case.
Please be sure to put your full name and practice postcode.

3.

Send package impressions and documents to us in one of the following ways:

Located within London

New customer

Call us on 020 3875 8530 to discuss how our local drivers can pick up from you contact free.

Existing customer

Call us on 020 3875 8530 to request a collection or request a collection via the website.

Located Elsewhere

Download a tracked Royal Mail Label. Use each label ONLY ONCE, as each label has an individual tracking number.
Attach this to your package and drop it off at your local post office, post box or call us to schedule a Royal Mail driver to pick up from you.

Collection Options

  • Local Driver Collections
    If you are London based call us to find out if you are within our local driver collection area. Our drivers cover most London areas and will collect your impressions and deliver your completed cases.
  • Post
    If you are outside London area, we will supply you with our free post labels. These are tracked, so please note the tracking number of the label you use each time. Please attach these to the package and drop it off at your local post office.
  • Courier
    Where Royal Mail post is unreliable in your area, we may be able to offer you a courier service with DHL, FedEx or UPS. Please call us to discuss this option.

Local and Royal Mail Collection Request

  • For local: please request collection before 3pm and the lab work will be picked up that same evening.
  • For Royal Mail: please request a collection before 3pm and the lab work will be picked up the following day.

Online Account

Log on to our Online Lab System and set up an account.

Here you will be able to:

  • View and check the status of your ongoing cases
  • View previous cases
  • Download your invoices and statements
