The Ultimate Patient Journey course is designed to equip current you with the knowledge, skills, and confidence to excel in a dental practice setting. Dr. Phil qualified back in 1989 when things were very different. He has travelled the world and been privileged to work alongside some of the greats in dentistry, developing not only clinical skills but how to engage with patients and provide them with an experience like no other.

Having worked in Private practice for over 30 years, Dr. Phil has seen many changes, most notably how dentistry has evolved to patients needs and how beautiful the modern practices are for teams and our clients alike. However, beyond the demands of compliance, the ability to manage our businesses with strong leadership, clearly defined KPIs and carefully addressing our ROI, remains underwhelming.

With the successful growth of four squat practices behind him, Dr. Phil has witnessed firsthand the challenges that many dental clinics face. While most practices are backed by accomplished marketing and clinical skills, they often struggle with efficient operations and management. This hinders identity, growth, patient satisfaction, but most importantly return on investment.

Back in 2004, Dr. Phil’s Manchester city centre clinic, amongst other accolades, won best practice design and patient care awards.

After selling his practices, Dr. Phil has seen the glaring shortcomings in other clinics and now focuses on helping dental professionals create well-run businesses that not only enhance patient care but also drive profitability. He offers structure, support and mentorship. This ultimately starts with the patient journey.
