The C.A.S. Novobase can be used for many different indications such as screw retained or cemented restoration. The C.A.S. Novobase abutment is a cast-on version. The base consists of machined gold-platinum, so that all precious metal alloys can be used for a caston method. The CNC-drilled connection part to the implant guarantees an absolutely precise fit. The upper part is made of a castable acrylic. For direct porcelain application, the use of a ceramic alloy is sential. The abutments can be shortened, individually modelled and also angulated. For an exact fit of the central screw, the internal screw channel should be prepared with a reamer.
