Indications Standard Implants diameter 3.3 mm RN are an alternative in the case of a restricted ridge width of at least 5.3 mm. Because of their lower mechanical strengthd compored to diameter 4.1 mm implants, they should be used exclusively for the following indications: – Edentulous jaw: 4 Standard Implants 3.3mm in conjunction with a bar construction. – Partially edentulous jaw: in the case of fixed restations, combined with diameter 4.1 mm implants and splinted with a suprastructure. Important: As a rule of thumb, always use the largest possible implant diameter.
